FIELD: hair cutting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of devices for cutting hair. A fixed blade of a processing head of a hair cutting device contains a support insert and a metal element. The metal element is piecewise deformed to form a toothed leading edge. The toothed leading edge contains teeth of the fixed blade with a double wall. The metal element forms the first and the second walls. The first and the second walls are connected on the toothed leading edge. The support insert connects the first and the second walls. The metal element is held in place by means of the support insert. The metal element and the support insert together form a guide slot for a movable blade. The invention also includes a processing head of a hair cutting device and a method for its manufacture.
EFFECT: invention is improvement of the quality of hair cutting.
