FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used in broadband analysis of the electronic environment. To do this, an
M-channel receiver is used. In each channel, analog-to-digital conversion is performed, the amplitude spectrum is calculated and the signal is detected. The frequency of the signal is determined by the coincidence on the frequency axis of the detected spectral components in any
channels. The sampling rates are chosen different and so that for each channel, none of the frequencies that are multiples of half the sampling rate of the channel coincides with any of the frequencies that are multiples of half the sampling rate of the other channels. The frequencies and the number of channels are selected according to the conditions: the smallest common multiple of any
sampling rates should be greater than the upper limit of the operating frequency range; for any input frequencies, the frequency tuples measured in the receiver channels in the first Nyquist zone should not be repeated.
EFFECT: reduction in the number of signal misses and an expansion of the operating frequency range, free from the ambiguity of frequency determination.
