SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used in plate heat exchangers. In a heat exchanger containing a stack of heat transfer plates located between two end plates, in the edge regions of which recesses are formed, made with the possibility of receiving bolts extending from the first to the second of said two end plates, at least one of said recesses has fixing elements made with the ability to interact with a fixing device with a hole, in this case, the locking device is to be placed on the corresponding end plate so that the hole is aligned with the recess so that the bolt located in the recess can also pass through the specified hole.
EFFECT: preventing bolts from falling out of the end plate recesses when the heat exchanger is in operation.
