FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: inhaler has a cover to designate the flow path with formed first and the second air inhaling apertures to supply outside air to the flow path from the outer end of a sprayer; air inhaling valve to open and close the first air inhaling aperture by air pressure difference between the flow path and the sprayer outer end, and a shield selectively shielding the first or second air inhaling aperture. The inhaler is switched between the first mode wherein specified second air inhaling aperture is closed by said shield, so outside air is supplied through the first air inhaling aperture by pressure difference, and the second mode wherein the first air inhaling aperture is closed by the shield. The junction between the flow path and the sprayer outer end is permanently maintained through the second air inhaling aperture.

EFFECT: simple switching of the present and absent air inhaling valve.
