FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology for processing video data. The effect is achieved by obtaining a vector of an action feature and a vector of a face feature from a sequence of images and obtaining a vector of an audio feature from audio information; generating a video feature vector in accordance with at least one of an action feature vector, a face feature vector, and an audio feature vector; feeding the video feature vector to the input of the first layer evaluation network and obtaining the first layer evaluation of the primary feature vector by the network using recursive and nonlinear operations; supplying the primary feature vector to the input of the second layer evaluation network and obtaining the second layer evaluation of the complex feature vector by the network using recursive and nonlinear operations; and obtaining an estimate of the quality of the video being evaluated by performing operations on the primary feature vector and the complex feature vector by the output layer.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of assessing the quality of the video being evaluated.
