FIELD: aerospace technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation and rocket technology and it can mainly be used in the manufacture of antenna fairings of high-speed missiles of various classes. The objective of the present invention is to increase the strength and tightness of products, reduce labor costs for the restoration of the paint coating of the framing. A method for connecting a ceramic fairing with a metal body of an aircraft is proposed, including a metal frame in which longitudinal through grooves are uniformly made along the circumference, connected to the ceramic fairing along the mating surfaces with a layer of elastic glue, before applying elastic glue to the frame from the side opposite to the mating surface, it is cleaned of traces of primers and glued with a sticky layer tape so that the glued zone overlaps the entire belt with longitudinal slots, and the protrusion of the pasted area above and below the slots is equal to the width of the slot, increased from one and a half to three times.
EFFECT: increase in the strength and tightness of the products, a reduction in labor costs for the restoration of the paint coating of the framing.
