FIELD: working machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a supporting structure of a crane, a lifting device, equipment for reloading raw materials and materials with at least one crossbar of the supporting structure. The invention also relates to such a working machine with such a supporting structure. According to the first aspect, it is proposed not to weld or screw separate thickening plates or separate mounting eyelets to elements of the supporting structure as reinforcement, but to supply crossbars of the supporting structure in the desired, highly loaded area with seamless reinforcing layers made as a single whole, so that smoothly and harmoniously achieve an organically growing increase in wall thickness and/or cross-section. These reinforcing layers are formed by 3D printing.
EFFECT: invention provides an improved coordination between the structure of the structural part and the load arising under operating conditions, so that, with reliably achieved strength, a lighter structure can be created.
