FIELD: grinding equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for grinding feed grains and other bulk materials used for feeding animals, and can be used in various industries, for example, in feed - for grinding grain crops. The grinder contains a housing, two parallel crushing shafts installed inside the housing with the possibility of counter rotation and having rows of grinding elements, a loading hopper, a working chamber and a drive. Grinding elements of one shaft enter the gap between the grinding elements of the other shaft. In this case, two parallel crushing shafts, having rows of replaceable grinding elements, are installed with the possibility of rotation at different speeds in the direction of the unloading device, and annular grooves are milled on the mating surfaces of the grinding elements. Bearing supports of one of the shafts are made with the ability to move horizontally to adjust the gap between the crushing shafts, and the drive includes a belt drive with a tension pulley and replaceable pulleys of different diameters on the crushing shafts to provide different frequencies of rotation.
EFFECT: grinder is characterized by increased wear resistance and reliability.
