FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding grain material used in feed preparation production lines. The crusher contains a housing 1, in which hollow 2 and solid 3 shafts are mounted on one axis on bearing supports, on which hammer rotors 4 and 5 with working bodies 6 and elliptical gears 7 and 8 are mounted. The hollow shaft 2 with a hammer rotor 4 and the solid shaft 3 with a hammer rotor 5 are driven into rotation through two pairs of elliptical gears 7 and 8 from an energy accumulator 9 connected by a belt drive 10 to an engine 11, for example an electric one. Elliptical gears 7 and 8 are mounted respectively on the hollow 2 and solid 3 shafts in such a way that the directions of their minimum radii respectively coincide with the directions of the location of the working bodies 6 of the rotors 4 and 5 and are mutually perpendicular to each other. On the inner surface of the housing 1 there are decks 12 with a separating surface, which together form a working chamber. A hopper with a dispenser is adjacent to housing 1 in the upper part. In one plane behind the dispenser at the entrance to the working chamber in housing 1 in front of the decks 12 and at the exit from it behind the separating surface in the unloading mechanism, guide plates 18 are installed. The unloading mechanism is equipped with a reversible flap.
EFFECT: crusher ensures a reduction in the energy intensity of the grinding process due to uniform loading of the engine.
