SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for granulating fertilizers by pressing on roller press granulators with subsequent processing of the resulting tiles into granules and can be used in enterprises producing granular potash, nitrogen, phosphorus, mixed and complex NPK fertilizers, in particular to a method for reducing the adhesion of salts on the surface roller press granulators when granulating fertilizers. The method includes supplying a release agent to the surface of the rolls of the press-granulator, which is used as water, which is supplied to the zone on the surface of the roll of the press-granulator making an angle of 270-315° from the upper part of the vertical plane of the roll along the rotation of the roll, followed by expansion of water in the salt layer, vaporization in the volume of salt and removal of the salt layer from the metal surface, and the temperature of the water supplied to the roll of the pellet press is 0-100°C, and the temperature of the compressed fertilizers at the entrance to the pellet press is 130-160°C.

EFFECT: elimination of the adhesion of the salt layer on the surface of the rolls of the pellet press with a simultaneous increase in the density of the pressed tiles, reducing the cracking of the tiles and eliminating the contamination of the press with an anti-adhesive agent.
