FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus consists of a hub with holes for securing the flange of the wheel axle, wherein the hub of the wheel is made cylindrical with internal drilling and a conical boss by the base of the attachment with rectangular through cutouts along the perimeter and a groove for a smaller diameter from the opposite base to a length of 2/3 of the side surface. A movable cylinder with a collar and internal drilling with a conical boss by the bottom base, as well as with rectangular through cutouts along the perimeter, is movably installed on the groove. A thrust cylindrical spring is installed inside along the axis of the movable cylinder and the hub. Parabolic plate springs rigidly fixed on the external surfaces of the movable cylinder and the hub are inserted into the through cutouts of the conical bosses of the movable cylinder and the hub. The hub is bolted to the flange with a square through cutout in the centre, whereto a square cutout of the axle secured with a nut is inserted.
EFFECT: increase in the mobility of wheeled vehicles.
