FIELD: material processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the FRP molding system. The expected result is achieved by an FRP molding system designed for forming FRP lamellar material, in which many prepregs are stacked on top of each other to obtain an arc-shaped component from FRP. The system contains an arc-shaped inner clamping plate having an outer surface that corresponds to the shape of the inner surface of the FRP component, an arc-shaped outer clamping plate having an inner surface that corresponds to the shape of the outer surface of the FRP component. A partial pressing device is made with the ability to periodically compress a part of an integrated clamping plate in which the FRP material is located between the inner clamping plate and the outer clamping plate in a radial direction orthogonal to the arc of the FRP component in order to partially form the FRP component. A transfer device is made with the ability to periodically transfer the compressed part of the integrated clamping plate using a partial pressing device.
EFFECT: simplification and reduction of the size of the mold.
