FIELD: dispersed materials separation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to devices for separating dispersed materials into fractions by size, in particular, to classifiers with gravity concentration and forced unloading, and can be used in the mining industry when processing gold-bearing sands at ore and loose deposits to obtain a concentrate of gold and other precious metals with a particle size of less than tens of microns, as well as when processing the contents of sludge storages, man-made waste from mining enterprises and ash dumps of thermal power plants with the associated release of underburned coal and concentrate of minerals of the magnetic fraction (iron oxides, titanomagnetite, ilmenite), when processing a sand-gravel mixture to obtain building materials (sand, screening, gravel , clay). The centrifugal enrichment-classifying device contains a housing driven by an electric motor in the form of a pear-shaped drum made on the inner side with screw guides, a perforated pipe of circular cross-section installed inside the housing coaxially with it for feeding raw material into it, inside which an irrigation pipe is placed along its longitudinal axis. a pipe with perforated or mesh walls connected to the flushing water supply pipe. On the side surface of the wide part of the body there is a hole with a branch pipe for withdrawing the concentrate, and at the end of its wide part there is a drain for rinsing water. The device is equipped with a hydraulic jack that regulates the angle of inclination of the body, a vibrating hopper containing dispersed raw material and providing its supply into a perforated pipe, at the outlet of which, in the wide part of the body, equipped with stainless steel loosening blades, a device is made for withdrawing and collecting coarse fraction. The device includes an active flushing sluice located under the flush water outlet in the form of a flat-bottomed metal trough with a removable flushing module installed at its bottom.
EFFECT: increase in the degree of purification of the initial raw material and the completeness of the extraction of small particles of the heavy fraction of minerals while increasing the productivity of the device.
