FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to the mechanisms for converting reciprocating motion of pistons into rotational motion of the crankshaft in an axial piston machine. The machine consists of a cylinder block (1) with pistons (2) placed in them. Each piston (2) is pivotally connected to one end of the connecting rod (3), the other end of which is pivotally connected to the swinging washer (4) of the conversion mechanism. The mechanism contains a base (5), a bearing housing (6) and a crankshaft (7). The base (5) consists of a flange for mounting with a cylinder block (1), a cylindrical section and reinforcement with trunnions for fitting internal bearing cages. The housing (6) contains sockets for mounting the outer bearing cages and trunnions made on an axis perpendicular to the axis of the sockets. The washer (4) also contains sockets for mounting the outer bearing clips into which the trunnions are installed.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the reliability and efficiency of the mechanism by reducing the dimensions and weight, increasing rigidity.
