SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The gas-charged shock absorber consists of a housing and a hollow pneumatic elastic element with working and additional chambers. The chambers are filled with compressed air. A free-lying membrane is located between the chambers. The elastic element has the shape of a cone and is attached to the base along the circumference by means of a flange connection. The working chamber is formed by the inner surface of the elastic element. The additional chamber is formed by a recess in the base and is covered from below with a lid having a nipple.
EFFECT: simplification of the design is achieved while maintaining the stability of the damping properties and high efficiency of the dissipation of the vibration energy of the object.
