FIELD: vehicles testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stands for testing elastic elements of vehicle suspensions and pneumatic tires. The stand for testing pneumatic tires and elastic elements of vehicle suspensions contains a base on which a traverse is installed, a folding hydraulic cylinder and a loading mechanism. The loading mechanism includes a caterpillar propeller and a pusher installed in a vertical guide and having support elements on the upper part made in the form of rollers forming a roller conveyor. The test elements are supported on the roller conveyor through a caterpillar belt covering the driven drum and the driving drum. The driving drum is made in the form of a wheel with a pneumatic tire. The pusher drive is made in the form of a hydraulic pulsator, which is connected through a servo-hydraulic distributor with the pump and the hydraulic station tank. The upper branch of the track is secured against lateral displacement by means of two side rollers.
EFFECT: possibility of carrying out bench tests of a single-support suspension unit together with a rolling wheel on a hard surface with a different profile of irregularities.
