FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stands for testing elastic elements of vehicle suspensions and pneumatic tires. The stand for testing pneumatic tires and elastic elements of vehicle suspensions contains a base on which a traverse is installed, a folding hydraulic cylinder and a loading mechanism. The loading mechanism is installed on a pivot frame, between the end of which and the base, a screw mechanism is hingedly mounted. The axis of the swing frame is fixed on the lower part of the stand base and coincides with the vertical axis of the tire loading. The pusher drive is made in the form of a hydro-pulsator, which is installed vertically on the swing frame of the stand to the side of the caterpillar drive and is connected through a servo-hydraulic distributor with the pump and the hydraulic station tank. The upper branch of the track is secured against lateral displacement by means of two side rollers mounted horizontally on a vertical guide.
EFFECT: possibility of carrying out bench tests of a single-support suspension unit together with a rolling wheel on a hard surface with a different profile of irregularities.
