FIELD: hydromechanical transmissions.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a two-line hydromechanical transmission. Two-line hydromechanical transmission contains a housing; a three-element torque converter, a torque converter lock-up clutch, which, when switched on, connects the turbine wheel with the engine shaft, the planetary gear and the channels of the lubrication system. The sun gear of the planetary gear is connected to the engine shaft, the epicyclic gear is connected to the turbine wheel, the carrier is connected to the output shaft. The input shaft is rigidly connected to the drum, impeller and as a whole is mounted on supports in the front and rear walls of the housing. A rotating casing is rigidly fixed to the drum with the formation of a cavity on the side of the turbine wheel. A blocking clutch is located in the cavity between the drum and the rotating casing in the drum, and a planetary mechanism is placed between the blocking clutch and the rotating casing. The turbine wheel with an epicyclic gear and driven discs of the blocking clutch is connected through a hollow shaft. The reactor, by means of a hollow shaft, is connected to the rotating brake discs of the reactor, the hollow shaft of the reactor is mounted on the output shaft and the rear wall of the housing. The output shaft is connected to the carrier and is installed on the input shaft and on the reactor shaft.
EFFECT: increase in the resource is achieved.
