FIELD: drilling of soil or rocks.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling and overhaul of wells and is intended, in particular, for flaring pipes when they are installed in a well. Proposed device comprises casing and mandrel mounted thereon on inclined journal to revolve thereon. Mandrel outer surface is composed of interconnected ball surface sections and shaped surfaces. Trunnion is equipped with locking mechanism fixing mandrel in transport position. In transport position, the mandrel is equipped with a cylindrical external recess coaxial to the housing axis, the maximum diameter of which is less than the diameter of the mandrel ball surface. Locking mechanism is made in the form of a movable shut-off rod located in the flushing hole of the housing and screwed from above into the piston, which is inserted from below into a groove made in the end surface of the mandrel. Spring-loaded down piston is equipped with a groove for a spring, a flushing channel and is installed in a sub screwed to the housing. In the upper part the sub is equipped with a bushing limiting the upward movement of the piston, above the bushing the housing is equipped with a thread for connection to the pipe string.

EFFECT: higher reliability and manufacturability due to possibility of fixation of device in transport position during passage of narrow zones inside expandable pipes and during extraction from well, excluding additional lifting of equipment, higher quality of work.
