FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to drilling of oil and gas wells with simultaneous isolation of zones of caving and landslide during drilling by pipe string. Device for simultaneous drilling and securing of caving and landslide zones during well drilling includes a removable expandable bit fixed in a working position with a shear element with the possibility of being transferred into a transport position when the ball is seated in the rod seat and creating excess pressure, casing multibeam expandable pipes with possibility of their straightening by excess pressure with fixation relative to walls of well, lowered with possibility of disconnection from drill string on setting sub; sub is equipped with a bore with a cone for narrowing of the cylindrical end of the upper casing multibeam pipe and pins inserted into the profile part of the upper casing multibeam pipe. Device includes a connecting device containing a housing with grooves and a cage connected by a fixing pin and dies, as well as a plunger with a groove for dies. Body of the expandable bit is equipped with a hydraulic chamber, into which a piston with a radial hole is installed, which is connected to the rod of the expandable bit. At that, the expandable bit body is connected to the connection unit body by means of the expandable bit sleeve with a radial hole, and the connecting unit cage is rigidly connected to the lower end of the casing multibeam pipes with the possibility of detachment and removal of the housing of the connecting unit with an expandable bit from its cage during axial downward movement of the plunger with the groove, in which the dies of the connecting unit move radially to the centre. Setting sub is equipped from below with an extraction device consisting of a housing with a central hole, with a guide bushing with slots from below, centring blades and locking rings for grooves of the housing of the connecting unit. Housing of the connecting unit in the central channel is equipped from below with a seat for a ball of a larger size than the ball for the seat of the rod of the expandable bit.
EFFECT: providing reliability in operation, elimination of emergencies associated with uncoupling of expandable bit, as well as exclusion of unexpanded sections during drilling due to creation of hydraulic chamber and availability of piston pressing blades of expandable bit into working position due to hydraulic pressure.
