FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to pulse power amplifiers, and can be used in transformerless amplifiers with pulse-width modulation to control two-phase electric motors in servo drives. The effect is achieved by the fact that the power transistors of conductivity p-n-p and n-p-n are connected according to the complementary scheme and feedback is introduced from the outputs of the half-bridge circuits to control the upper transistors of the amplifier.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of a switching power amplifier by eliminating uncontrolled through currents in power transistors when they are switched.
