FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to pulse power amplifiers and can be used in transformerless amplifiers with pulse-width modulation for controlling two-phase motors in servo wires. The technical result is achieved by introducing current feedback in the first stage of the half-bridge amplifier and reducing the feedback depth for controlling the upper transistors of the half-bridge amplifier circuit.
EFFECT: improved reliability by limiting the through uncontrolled currents of the transistors of the first stage of the half-bridge amplifier and reducing power loss on the power transistors of the amplifier by reducing the switching time of the half-bridge amplifiers.
