SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flexible multilayer laminates with an improved integrated one-way pressure relief valve for use in a sealed container for packaging gas-emitting products. The pressure relief valve is partially detached from the rest of the laminate, forming an inflatable outlet tube with at least one large outlet opening, rising from the laminate at an increased pressure in the package. The one-way pressure relief valve ensures pressure relief at a low minimum opening pressure by a reliable and reproducible method.
EFFECT: invention ensures creation of a flexible laminate including integrated one-way pressure relief valves with a liquid-containing cavity, with a reliable and reproducible low opening pressure and high productivity providing a possibility of using a reduced amount of oil and thus avoiding oil overflow when winding the laminate.
