FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to devices for cleaning and washing of well bottom with compacted sand and/or proppant plugs. Device includes a cylindrical housing with a cavity, an end cutting tool and a thrust ring rigidly fixed in the lower part of the body. Thrust ring is equipped with water jet channels for plug washout and hydraulic connection of housing cavity with well space. Thrust ring is equipped with a central channel for back flushing and three jet channels equally spaced from the central axis of the housing and arranged at angle of 120° relative to each other. Each of the channels is made for a cone, tapering from top to bottom, and has taper of 2:1. Valve cage is screwed into the central channel of the thrust ring from above, the cage is equipped with a ball inside, from below the cage is equipped with a mounting seat for the ball, and longitudinal through channels are made on the side of the cage. Ring is screwed into the cage from above to restrict the movement of the ball within the cage. End cutting tool is made in the form of three vertical blades located at angle of 120° relative to each other and having a lower external cutting edge with an angle of inclination at end of 30°. Blades are displaced relative to the jetting channels by 60° and have length of 20 cm to the thrust ring.
