SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and can be used in the overhaul and current workover of wells associated with cleaning their bottom from sand and proppant plugs and flushing the wellbore. The device comprises a housing, a housing mounted with the possibility of axial movement relative to the housing, a tip attached to the lower part of the housing, a return spring installed between the housing and the housing, a jet nozzle. The tip contains side channels, and the body is made with the possibility of overlapping the side channels of the tip during axial movement of the casing relative to the body. The jetting nozzle is installed in the axial hole of the tip. The lower part of the tip is equipped with end teeth. The housing is connected to the housing by means of pins installed in the holes of the housing, and the lower parts of the pins are installed in screw grooves made on the outer surface of the lower part of the housing.

EFFECT: efficiency of bottomhole cleaning and wellbore flushing is increased without the need to rotate the pipe string.
