SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in digital devices for receiving information signals with combined amplitude and relative phase binary shift keying. Said technical result is achieved, in particular, by the fact that in a digital incoherent signal demodulator with amplitude-phase shift keying, a clock synchronization unit (CSU) generates clock pulses marking the moments of the end of the received symbols, threshold generator (TG) averages the incoming signal amplitude estimates by clock pulses from the CSU, and the decision generating unit (DGU) determines the sign of the amplitude of the current symbol.
EFFECT: increased information transfer speed.
