FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to the field of formation secondary exposure by creation of perforation channels in the well. Single-sided piercing perforator includes a housing with a channel for supplying flushing fluid and the possibility of being connected to a pipe string, in the housing with the possibility of movement perpendicular to the central axis there installed is a piston with a cutting tool, on the external surface of which there are water jet channels interconnected through the piston with the pipe string, for the flushing liquid outlet during formation of caverns at secondary opening of the formation. Piston is made cylindrical, and the cutting tool from above and from below has chamfers with an inclination relative to its axis of more than 30°. Housing is connected to the pipe string through a process device consisting of a hollow branch pipe with at least one lower filling and upper drain holes, a cylindrical filter with upper and lower cylindrical bulges, the lower one of which is equipped with an external annular groove, and an upper bushing with a seat for a large waste valve from the mouth, which is tightly installed opposite the drain holes and fixed by at least one shear element. Filter is made with the possibility of hermetic installation by bulges with fixation inside the branch pipe, hermetic overlapping of the filling hole by the lower bulge for its connection with the external groove and formation of external and internal chambers, respectively, outside and inside the filter. Inner chamber from below is equipped with a seat for a small waste valve from the mouth, connected from below by a side channel with an external groove, the external chamber is interconnected by a longitudinal hole in the lower bulge with the channel of the body. Upper bushing is made with possibility of shear elements destruction and displacement downwards with opening of drain holes under excessive pressure from above after interaction with large valve.
EFFECT: ease of manufacture and maintenance due to the use of a cylindrical piston, possibility of filling the pipe string and/or flushing the well during lowering and draining the liquid from the pipe string during lifting, as well as filtering large solid particles from liquid pumped for perforation, thereby excluding clogging of jet channels of cutting tool.
