FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used for extraction of products from wells with complex profile. Pump unit for controlled extraction of products from a well, comprising a production string, inside which there is a tubing string with a submersible pump located in its lower part, which is functionally connected to the pump capacity regulator, the echo sounder installed on the wellhead for measurement of the dynamic level of liquid in the well, which is functionally connected to the control unit for the regulator control. Submersible pump from above is additionally equipped with an upper cone with a vertex angle of not more than 7° to exclude multiple reflection of the echo sounder audio signal.

EFFECT: creation of a pump unit for controlled extraction of products from a well, allowing to perform controlled extraction from well with complex profile (deviation from main direction of shaft by 5 and more meters in different directions or equipped with at least one tie-back casing) and with the liquid level falling below the upper and/or lower edge of the pump in complex wells with the exclusion of a multi-response echogram.
