FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production engineering and technology and can be used for intensification of oil and gas production. Proposed method comprises running in heater and pump unit, heating product and lifting it from the well by means of pump. Preset temperature of heater is maintained by means of control station. Heater is installed under the pump unit. Heating is performed continuously or intermittently and cyclically. Heating temperature and operation mode of the heater are controlled and/or set by means of a control system which is part of a control station of the pumping unit or installed separately. At that, control of pump unit and heater is performed by signals from process parameters sensors. Heater is modular. Modules are connected to each other by means of ropes or chains. Each module of heater consists of several electric heating elements, which in heater are arranged along vertices of equilateral triangle.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of viscous production of oil well due to possibility of combined control of pump unit and downhole heater.
