FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of high-strength and durable concrete, and can be used to reduce concrete porosity and increase its strength when making concrete in an area lying at sea level or below sea level, as well as in conditions of normal or high atmospheric pressure. Method involves preliminary determination of the optimum cement-to-water ratio. Cement, sand, gravel, chemical additives and dry fibers are mixed. Pure, fresh and unsalted water is slowly added to the obtained dry mixture in an optimum ratio and mixed until liquid concrete is formed. Sealed containers are used. Portland cement is used as cement. Fresh drinking artesian water is used as pure, fresh and unsalted water. Before addition, water is degassed in a vacuum deaerator. Dry mixture is placed in a vacuum container in which degassed water is added to the mixture under medium vacuum conditions. Liquid concrete is stored and transported to a working platform in a container, inside which medium vacuum is maintained. Concrete is laid, compacted and hardened.
EFFECT: reduced porosity and capillarity of concrete, increased density, strength and durability of concrete during its manufacture under conditions of normal and high atmospheric pressure and subsequent operation of concrete products in conditions of high humidity, periodic and multiple temperature reduction below 0 °C while avoiding premature destruction of concrete products.
