FIELD: concrete modifying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for modifying concrete by adding hydrothermal SiO2 nanoparticles and multilayer carbon nanotubes (MCNT) and can be used in the manufacture of prefabricated and monolithic products and structures of buildings and structures for various purposes. The raw material mixture for the manufacture of prefabricated and monolithic products and structures contains Portland cement, sand, crushed stone, a complex additive and water, and as a complex additive it contains a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, multilayer carbon nanotubes (MCNT) and hydrothermal nanosilica with the following ratio of components, wt. %: portlandcement 14-16; sand 38-40; crushed stone 41-43; complex additive (relative to cement) 0.8; superplasticizer 0.32-0.4; MCNT 0.00004-0.05; hydrothermal SiO2 nanoparticles 0.000003-0.01; water (W/C = 0.15-0.5) the rest.
EFFECT: invention increases the mechanical characteristics of concrete, density, acceleration of hardening, the rate of strength gain, frost resistance, a decrease in water absorption and an improvement in the parameters of the pore structure, a decrease in the total capillary porosity.
