SUBSTANCE: deceleration rate is an important factor, when determining the severity of injuries that can be obtained in players’ collision with a wall block during the game, for example, ice hockey. A decrease in the deceleration rate of a player during such a collision with the wall block by increasing a distance, at which the player decelerates, is a key factor in the reduction in head and spinal injuries. In the present invention, devices are proposed for decreasing a deceleration rate by creating a wall block containing a movable component with the first position and a set of the second positions, pressed to the first position. The movable wall block can move independently of a support frame, which additionally decreases the deceleration rate of a player in a collision. The movable wall block can be supported with a base and can be made with the possibility of sliding relatively to the base.
EFFECT: decreased deceleration rate of a player in the collision with the wall block.
