FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology for the maintenance of physical structures. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that a command is received in the instruction processing unit that causes the task to be performed from the user; a stage is determined in the instruction processing unit from the specified set of stages based on the received command and based on the user's level of experience; data with instructions are transmitted from the instruction processing unit to the user, illustrating how the specified at least one stage should be performed; sensor data generated by a sensor located near the physical structure is received in the instruction processing unit; the completion rate of the specified stage is calculated according to the sensor data; the specified set of stages is redefined based on additional stages that were completed, or stages that were skipped by the user when the user completed the task.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of maintenance due to the automation of maintenance operations.
