SUBSTANCE: data transmission interruption of the first wireless device may provide one or more other wireless devices with a possibility of transmission of data with small delay, which can have higher priority than data of the first wireless device, which was forcedly removed from service. For this purpose, an access point (hereinafter – AP) includes a wireless interface and at least one processor made with the possibility of sending to the first wireless device, via the wireless interface, of a priority interruption indication to induce the first wireless device to stop data transmission in a wireless channel, and sending to the first wireless device of a resumption indication to induce the first wireless device to resume data transmission in a wireless channel.

EFFECT: possibility for AP of causing priority data transmission interruption with the first wireless device in a wireless channel to allow one or more other wireless devices to exchange data in a wireless channel.
