SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for hunting waterfowl. The bait contains floating dummies of 20 waterfowl, anchors or sinkers, as well as cords for them, rings or carabiners and a reel. The reel body has a handle for holding the reel with one hand, a through hole for the fingers of this hand, protruding horns, ledges for winding anchor cords or cords for weights 18, mounting holes, protrusions with through holes for installing a locking pin 10, a groove 8 for laying anchor cords or cords for sinkers 18 and an elastic cord for fixing them after winding on the reel 1.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the time of collecting and placing dummies, and also increases the convenience of transporting the device.
