Information exchange of the systems of the complex with information measuring, executive, information control apparatuses, the computing system of the complex, conducting complex information processing and formation of the state parameters of the object and control signals, prediction of the development of situations in the computing system of the complex, identification of the situation in the computing system of the complex, formation of recommendations for the crew in terms of actions in the current situation accounting for the predicted development thereof, are conducted, when identifying the situation and forming recommendations, along with the current information measured and calculated by the systems of the complex, expert knowledge entered into the knowledge base is used. Multiple channels for communication with the crew are used, wherein the signal in each of said channels is synthesised applying to the current situation, in order to identify the situation and form recommendations, the information perceived by the crew is promptly entered.

EFFECT: quality and safety are increased, response time is reduced.
