FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer compositions suitable for producing biodegradable synthetic textiles. Proposed is a concentrate for producing a biodegradable polymer filament containing 39 to 49% wt. polycaprolactone, 0.9 to 1.1% wt. calcium carbonate, and polyethylene terephthalate (the rest). Also proposed are a molten intermediate containing said concentrate, multiple polymer granules, and a cooled biodegradable polymer filament, produced from the molten intermediate.
EFFECT: proposed concentrate allows for production of synthetic textiles, durable and water-resistant, but decomposing during treatment of waste water in anaerobic bioreactors, in conditions of landfills for disposal of waste, and in a marine environment.
