FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to chargers. Device has a charge controller equipped with an indicator, to the input of which the power supply line of the device is connected. Controller comprises a bidirectional first bidirectional data bus equipped with a contact lamella for transmitting service information and a second bidirectional data bus equipped with a contact lamella for transmitting data on the temperature of the recovered storage battery. Parallel to the charge controller, a step-up DC-DC converter is connected, the input power line of which is equipped with a button and is connected to the power line of the device, and the output power line of the converter, which is equipped with a current limiter, is connected to the power bus and to the measuring input of a digital voltmeter based on a microcontroller equipped with a multichannel analogue-to-digital converter and a display unit, wherein one of the lines of the analogue-to-digital converter is the measuring input of the voltmeter.
EFFECT: provision for recovery of charge of possibility of withdrawal from the blocked state of accumulator batteries.
