FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a rubber composition for a tire and a studless tire. Rubber composition contains 100 parts by weight of diene rubber, from 30 to 100 parts by weight of carbon black and silica, from 2 to 10 parts by weight based on net weight of spatially cross-linked fine particles based on silicone, characterized by an average particle size of 5 to 100 mcm, from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of non-ionic surfactant and from 3 to 10 parts by weight of thermally expandable microcapsules. Diene rubber contains 30–70 wt. % natural rubber (NR) and 30–70 wt. % butadiene rubber (BR). Content of carbon black ranges from 10 to 50 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of diene rubber, silica content ranges from 10 to 80 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of diene rubber. Silicone-based fine particles are obtained by spatial cross-linking of silicone in a liquid polymer containing a non-ionic surfactant. Liquid polymer is liquid polybutadienes, liquid polystyrene butadienes or liquid polyisoprenes.
EFFECT: providing a rubber composition for a tire having excellent performance on ice and wear resistance characteristics, and a studless tire using the rubber composition for the tire.
