FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rubber composition and a tire. Rubber composition contains: a diene-based rubber component; short fibre; and surfactant. Surfactant contains an ester derived from a fatty acid and a polyhydric alcohol, a surface-active substance related to the type of a non-ionic ester from 50 to 70 pts.wt by 100 pts.wt surfactant, surfactant of alkanolamide type and surfactant related to sulphonic acid type. Surfactant and the short fibre are pre-mixed to produce a composite, the composite is compounded.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain excellent resistance to breakage, wear resistance and operational characteristics on ice.
