DEVICE FOR DIVER MOVEMENT UNDER WATER (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC B63C11/46

Abstract RU 2767556 C1

FIELD: machine building; diving equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to diving equipment, in particular to underwater vehicles for autonomous movement of divers under water. In the first version, the device for movement of a diver under water (DPD) contains a waist and hip belts made with possibility of their attachment on a diver’s body, screw propellers, storage batteries, a control unit and watertight cables. At that, hip belts are attached by means of right and left swivel bracket to right and left side of waist belt, and on the right and left sides of the hip belts the corresponding screw propellers are fixed. Control unit and a storage battery unit are fixed on the waist belt. Control unit comprises a controller, a control handle, a power button, a battery charge indicator, wherein the output of the control handle is connected to the first input of the controller, the output of the power button is connected to the second input of the controller, the input of the battery charge indicator is connected to the first output of the controller. To the housing through the shaped pylons, which are the output guide apparatus of the screw propellers, the first bearing and the cover are attached, second bearing is secured to the latter via shaped pylons which are the input guide apparatus of the screw propeller. Impeller is installed in bearings, along the circumference of which a magnetic system on permanent magnets is mounted, wherein impeller with magnetic system on permanent magnets forms rotor of brushless three-phase motor, and magnetic system with three-phase winding and control board form stator. In the second version, each screw propeller consists of a sealed compartment, inside which there is a control board, a driving half-coupling of the magnetic coupling, reduction gear and brushless motor containing annular stator with built-in magnetic system with three-phase winding and output shaft installed inside stator through its covers on bearings with magnetic system on permanent magnets fixed on it. Sealed compartment is formed by a housing with bosses, with an upper cover with a sealed lead-in inserted into it on seals and fixed by screws and a lower cover with a magnetically permeable sealing cup installed on it by means of a seal and screws, note here that moreover, an axle is coaxially fitted on the cup, on this axle an impeller is installed through a plain bearing with a driven half-coupling of the magnetic coupling fixed inside it. Annular fairing is coaxially attached to housing bosses by screws, to fairing front and rear profiled covers with profiled pylons are attached by means of latches. Driving half-coupling of the magnetic coupling is fixed on the lower cover in the bearing and is connected to the output of the reduction gear, the input of which is connected to the output shaft of the brushless motor, coaxially located drive half-coupling and driven half-coupling of magnetic coupling are made with possibility of torque transfer from drive half-coupling by means of magnetic field through magnetically permeable cup to driven half-coupling and to impeller. Control board comprises three-phase switch, screw propeller controller and electronic power relay. Note here that screw propeller controller input and output are connected with three-phase switch input and output. To each screw propeller through a sealed lead-in, a screw propeller cable with a contact sealed connector is connected, screw propeller controller input is connected to the screw propeller cable twisted pair, the three-phase winding inputs are connected to the corresponding outputs of the three-phase switch, the inputs of which are connected to the electronic relay outputs.

EFFECT: safe operation of the device and high efficiency of the screw propeller with considerable reduction of hydroacoustic noise.
