FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method of producing an antioxidant concentrate from coniferous wood greens. Method of producing an antioxidant concentrate from coniferous wood greens, comprising milling coniferous wood greens, extraction of essential oils from it by exhaustive hydro-steam distillation of vegetal raw materials with superheated water vapor and condensate separation, wherein extraction of essential oils is carried out with water vapor at temperature of 106–110 °C for 19–36 hours, oil is separated in florentine flask, while the live steam passing through the leg is partially condensed, extracting extractive substances from the wood green and flowing into the distillation tank, condensate is poured from the distillation tank into an evaporation tank and evaporated at temperature of 95–125 °C for 24–52 hours, until a liquid or solid coniferous concentrate is obtained.
EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain a concentrate with pronounced antioxidant properties.
