SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the poultry processing industry, namely to a method and system for hanging a bird or its parts on a suspended conveyor. The method is characterized by the fact that the suspended conveyor is equipped with brackets for transporting a bird or its parts suspended on brackets, while it provides for the use of a system including: a suspended conveyor section of the suspended conveyor and the first conveyor for transporting a bird or its parts in the direction of its section located under the suspended conveyor section. The bird or its parts are transported along the first conveyor in the direction of the section, the operator takes the bird or its parts from the section and suspends the aforementioned bird or its parts on brackets transported along the suspended section of the conveyor. The suspended section of the conveyor forms an open loop. The system includes a second conveyor located under the first conveyor and arranged for transporting the operator, the second conveyor is a circular conveyor, and the method contains a step of transporting the operator infinitely along a horizontal conveyor loop under an open loop by means of a second conveyor next to the section of the first conveyor and in the same direction as the brackets in the suspended section of the conveyor, while the aforementioned operator takes and suspends the aforementioned bird or parts thereof.
