FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises moving poultry by means of a belt conveyor to the site of gripping and locking poultry from the moment of gripping to the moment of suspension to the frame of suspended way. When poultry move along the belt conveyor to the site of gripping, the poultry is affected by external signals. The signals orient the head in the direction of movement. The frames are mounted at an angle to the vertical line.
