FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture, namely to veterinary helminthology, and can be used as a molluscicide agent in control and prevention of pasture helminthiasis. Method for producing a molluscicide agent involves collecting a plant, drying, grinding with a pestle in a mortar of dried raw material to a powder state, placing it in a vessel for extraction for 24 hours in ratio of 1 g to 100 ml of a solvent, mixing with frequency of 100 ± 1 rpm, concentration of the obtained supernatant liquid in a rotary evaporator at pressure of 4 ± 2 kPa, 280 rpm, additional drying for a day in a vacuum desiccator at pressure of 10 kPa, wherein roots, leaves, stems, flowers and seeds of Silene latifolia are extracted with n-butanol at a constant temperature of 30 ± 2 °C, stirring with an overhead mixer, extract is separated by centrifugation at 8000 rpm for 180 seconds, concentrated at temperature of 60 ± 2 °C. Molluscicide agent for the prevention of pasture helminthiases is an extract of Silene latifolia obtained using the method described above.
EFFECT: above described agent is effective for prevention of pasture helminthiases and allows to expand arsenal of molluscicides of vegetal origin and raw material base for their production.
