SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, anesthesiology and vascular surgery. Prior to the operation, a balloon catheter is placed through a femoral artery under ultrasound guidance on a portion of the aorta between the bifurcation and the origin of the renal artery. Size of the aorta above the bifurcation and the distance of origin of the renal artery are measured the day before by magnetic resonance imaging. Vaginal balloon module according to Zhukovsky is introduced into the birth canal. After fetal extraction, temporary occlusion of aortic section between bifurcation and renal artery origin is performed by balloon catheter inflation. Pathological portion of the uterus is excised, a Zhukovsky uterine module of the balloon is inserted, the uterus is closed, the balloon in the aorta is deflated, followed by a two-balloon controlled tamponade according to Zhukovsky.

EFFECT: method leads to a pronounced reduction in the volume of blood loss during the operation in the patients with placental ingrowth, allows to reduce the volume of resuscitation care, to refuse hardware reinfusion of autoerythrocytes, transfusion of donor blood components and preparations of blood coagulation factors, improve the course of the postoperative period, reduce the length of hospitalization in the intensive care unit and in the medical institution.
