FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to handling equipment, namely to four-wheel electric loaders. Small-sized electric forklift comprises a lifting device, a four-wheel chassis, on which an operator workstation is mounted, storage battery installation place, which allows the storage battery to perform also the function of additional counterweight, steering control, hydraulic drive control lever, electric drive control lever, controlled front and rear axles, guard structure, load lifter with carriage equipped with said lifting device, mechanism for lifting and lowering the carriage to a given height, which contains two parallel vertical power hydraulic cylinders, and carriage tilt mechanism including two parallel tilt hydraulic cylinders. Operation of power hydraulic cylinders is controlled from a workstation by an operator of an electric loader. Load-lifting device is made as a boom in the form of a boom with a load gripper at the end. Boom of lifting device is hinged-rod joints, not adjustable in length, making flat and triangular trusses, wherein boom rods nearest to load gripper attachment point converge to make triangular articulated joints. At the base of one triangular frame of the boom there are two parallel power hydraulic cylinders mounted by means of cylindrical hinges, which provide control of lifting and lowering of the boom lifting element during their synchronous operation and connected to the rods of the nearest triangular trusses of the boom. One end of the boom triangular and flat truss rods, which are closest to the forklift carriage, are mounted in a common hinge connected to the forklift carriage, and the other end is pivotally connected to the rods, which make the nearest flat and triangular trusses of the boom hoisting device.
EFFECT: sufficient efficiency of loading and unloading operations and expansion of service area in horizontal and vertical planes.
