FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machines for loading and unloading and other works performed by mobile hoisting-and-conveying units with limited load-carrying capacity. Crane-manipulator comprises base made in the form of tetrahedral truss, on which a hinged-rod boom with load-carrying element is pivotally mounted with possibility of rotation by means of two power hydraulic cylinders. Hinge-rod boom is made in the form of truss consisting of triangular hinged-rod joints. Installed two power cylinders of hinged-rod boom are arranged at an α angle to each other, which depends on the size of structure. Two power hydraulic cylinders have common spherical hinge with trunnions connected with boom trusses. Hinge-rod boom and its power hydraulic cylinders are fixed on base by means of support-rotary devices. Rods of all triangles of boom structure are fixed without length adjustment. Boom with load-carrying element turning at certain angle is controlled by operation of power hydraulic cylinders. Lifting and lowering of boom with load-carrying element is controlled by two parallel synchronous hydraulic cylinders, which are fixed by rods to tops of base by means of cylindrical hinges, and lower ends are mounted in tops of tetrahedral truss holding boom structure with base and power hydraulic cylinders. Front posts and rear posts of tetrahedral truss are rigidly supported by paired props arranged to be fixed on vehicle.
EFFECT: achieving power capacity and rigidity of the structure, enlarging service area of the manipulator crane.
