FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to structures of lighting apparatuses. The lighting fixture according to all variants of the invention comprises a volumetric light-transmitting dome light formed by a bottom 7 and lateral sides (faces) 8, configured to be coupled with the base 9 of the light fixture to mount the assembled light fixture on a dropped ceiling. To manufacture the dome light, a single workpiece produced by cutting and milling a flexible sheet material is used. The workpiece of the dome light is made with a bottom, on the sides whereof, along the bending lines 2, lateral rectangular faces 8 are located, separated by edges, made with chamfers 1 at the edges. The bending lines 2 along the perimeter of the bottom 7 for subsequent folding are made in the form of non-through milled grooves. Rectangular cutouts 4 are therein made at the corners of the faces 8 on the sides parallel to the bending lines 2. Between the cutouts 4 in the first implementation variant, when the bottom 7 constitutes a square, latches 3 are formed at the edge of each of the faces for connecting the dome light with the base 9. Between the cutouts 4 in the second implementation variant, when the bottom 7 generally constitutes a regular polygon, two opposing latches 3 are formed at the edges of two opposite faces 8 for connecting the dome light with the base 9. The latch 3 may be absent on the short side of the rectangular workpiece, and multiple latches 3 should be made on the long side, depending on the length. Between the cutouts 4 in the third implementation variant, when the bottom 7 constitutes a rectangle, at least two latches 3 are formed on the two long opposite faces 8 for connecting the dome light with the base 9. Between the cutouts 4 in the first implementation variant, when the bottom 7 constitutes a triangle, latches 3 are formed at least on two faces for connecting the dome light with the base 9. In all variants of the invention, each latch 3 is made between the cutouts 4 with a through longitudinal groove 5 along the edge of the face 8, on both sides whereof through transverse slots 6 are made.
EFFECT: in all variants of the technical solution, structural simplification and reduction in the amount of operations not requiring high qualifications, reduction in the time for production, assembly, and repair with a minimum amount of production equipment are achieved, and costs of manufacturing special equipment and environmental pollution are also eliminated due to the absence of adhesives and other chemical elements in the production process.
