FIELD: drilling of soil or rocks.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tool for drilling deep wells for oil and gas. Drill bit comprises steel body with protruding blades, flushing assemblies located in slots between blades, nipple part with thread for connection to drill string, holes on surfaces of blades with rotary PDC diamond cutters arranged in them. Between the PDC cutter end and the hole bottom there is a flat damper of mechanical type with thickness "a" in the unclamped state, "b" in the maximally compressed state, as well as with amplitude "c" of maximum possible axial displacement of PDC cutter at compression of damper. On the side surface of each hard-alloy substrate of the PDC cutter at distance of 1 from its end there is an annular groove with a semicircular cross section with radius R3 and total depth D2. On the wall of each hole for PDC cutter at distance L1 from its bottom there is an annular groove with width of 11 semi-oval cross section with radius roundings on sides of groove R1 and R2 equal to R3, and total depth D1. Both annular grooves form a joint annular cavity, into which through a round mounting hole outside the blade a floating annular steel stopper of round cross section with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the mounting hole "d" is inserted with a gap, pointed at one end and flat at the other, limited in length after installation by central angle "e" relative to its axis. Constant moment of rotation of PDC cutters relative to their axes is provided by setting planes of their cutting edges at acute angle "h" relative to plane passing through center of plane of cutting edges of plate and axis of bit, clockwise or counterclockwise.
